FAQ for 2022 Road Relays

  1. Login to your club's RevSport portal.
  2. Find the athletes name by selecting 'members' menu, found on the left of the page.
  3. Use the search function to find the athlete's profile.  
  4. Select the athlete's name.
  5. The membership ID is the first piece of information.

 

As soon as you are made aware of the situation and have a replacement athlete organised, contact competitions@nswathletics.org.au.

For a team to be considered Championship status, it must include a full team of athletes that are current and financial members. This means they must hold an open, concession, dual, regional, winter or life membership. This team will qualify for medals, points and selection (if applicable).

For a team to be condidered Non- Championship status, at least one person holds a current and financial community membership or another membership type that does not qualify for championship races. This team will not qualify for medals and points, however they will receive a finishing time. 

Team managers are to collect all team bibs from check in. Athletes are then to collect their bib from their team managers. 

Firstly, have you checked your archived members to see if they are non-financial?

This can be done via advanced search.

 

Ensure you tick the box "include members that are not active this season"  as this will show all members financial and non-financial.

If they are shown as archived, this means that they are a non-finiancial member for this season. To compete they will have to update their financial status.

However, if the athlete still does not appear, please contact competitions@nswathletics.org.au for further assistance.
