JUNIOR SKILLS CLINIC - 8-10 years old (2024/2025 season) (Born 2017-2015): Rotate Between 3 Events

The Junior Skills clinic offers a 3 event rotation format- Sprint Hurdle, Long jump, Shot Put, focussing on developing the basic fundamental skills for each event. Participants will spend 45min at each event and will rotate between each event. They are strongly encouraged (and is expected) to participate in each of the events as the main focus is skill development.

9.00 am to 12.15 pm (Please ensure you arrive by 8.50 am,  sign on from 8.30 am) 

SENIOR CLINICS - 11-U15 yeras old (Born 2014-2010): Athletes Choose 1 Event Group (Sprints, Jumps or Throws)

Sprints 

·         Session 1 - Short Sprints - 9 am to 10.20 am (Including Block Starts)

·         Session 2 - Hurdles  - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm 

Jumps 

·         Session 1 - High Jump - 9 am to 10.20 am 

·         Session 2 - Triple Jump - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm 

Throws

·         Session 1 - Discus - 9am to 10.20am

·         Session 2 - Javelin - 10.50 am to 12.10 pm

Refund Policy: There will be a $10 admin fee for those wanting to withdraw before the closing date. There will be no refund after the closing date other than when participants are required to withdraw from the event due to illness or not feeling well in the days leading up to the event, and/or required to self-isolate for COVID-related reasons. Other extenuating circumstances may be considered on an individual basis.
