Event Waiver

If your child does require any medication (Epipens, asthma puffer etc) please ensure your child has this with them and can access them if required at all times.

Images of the athlete may be taken during the course of the clinic and may be used by NSW ATHLETICS on social media. If you do not want your child’s image to be used on social media, please inform the coordinator in writing prior to the clinic.

In the case of inclement weather, the clinic may be cancelled and a refund will be given.

Refund Policy: There will be a $5 admin fee for those wanting to withdraw prior to the closing date. There will be no refund after the closing date other than when the participants are reauired to withdraw from the event/course due to illness. Other extenuating circumstances may be considered on an individual basis.
