By submitting your entry, the athlete, under guidance of a parent/guardian, agree's to the following:
- I have read and will abide by the competition rules and regulations for the 2026 Winter Championships.
- I understand the initial timetable is only a DRAFT and it is my responsibility to check the final timetable on www.nswathletics.org.au
- I understand I must report to athlete check-In AT LEAST 45 MINUTES before the first of my events to confirm my entry.
- I understand that I am representing my club and must wear the correct club or school uniform.
- I will abide by the Athletics NSW code of conduct found within the Athletics NSW Member Protection Policy.
- I agree to authorise ANSW to utilise any photographed or videographed images of the athlete for promotional purposes.
- I agree I cannot make any changes to entries once entries have closed.
- I have read and understood the Athletics NSW Late Entry and Refund Policy.
