Permit status: This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, in the events for the Open, Under 20, 17s,16s & 15s age groups only. All Other events will be ratified as a state permit.

VOLUNTEERS

We encourage all spectators to lend a hand with the field events to help ensure the competition runs smoothly and on time. Even a few hours of assistance makes a huge difference. No previous experience is required—our team will provide guidance on the day.

As an added incentive, for each club volunteer who completes a shift (3 hours, up to 4 per round), an extra 5 points will be awarded to the weekly pointscore for every age group in which the club competes that round.

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia. Athletes competing can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists. 

World Athletics Rankings

This meet will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to use their performance to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
