Why do I need to provide a request form?
While NSW Athletics is committed to providing support to para athletes, there are a number of rules and regulations that govern the amount and types of support that any athlete is permitted within the rules of competiton.
These request forms allow us to adequately assess an athletes unique circumstances, and clearly communicate an outcome, and any additional requirements that we may need to ensure the validity and safety of our events.
