EVENT INFORMATION
Date: 13th December 2025
Location: Blacktown International Sports Park
Cost: $80 per division team
Eligible Age Groups: 10s (Born 2016) - Masters
Permit status: This meet will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to use their performance to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
ENTRY INFORMATION
Entry to the Treloar Shield Final is available only to clubs that have qualified. All qualified clubs will receive information on the athlete entry process by close of business Tuesday 2nd December 2025.
Please note that no individual entries will be accepted under any circumstances. Only athletes formally selected and submitted by their club will be permitted to compete.
If you are an athlete from a qualified club, please contact the club directly regarding selection in your club team.

EVENT PERMIT
This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia. Athletes competing can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists.
This meet will also be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
