Cost: $20 per athlete

Eligible Age Groups: 10s (Born 2016) - Masters

 This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in events for the 15s, 16s, 17s, U20 and Opens age groups only. All Other events will be ratified as a state permit.

Registrations will open at 9:00am on 13 October 2025 and close at 12:00pm on 28 October 2025. Late entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on 28 October 2025 and will incur a $10 late fee.

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, for the events in the 15s, 16s, 17s, U20 and Opens age groups only. This includes Track and Field Events. Athletes competing in these age groups can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists.

World Athletics Rankings

This meet will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to use their performance to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
