### VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The NSW All Schools Championships is the largest event Athletics NSW delivers during the Summer Season, where up to 2,000 high school students across NSW descend upon the home of athletics in NSW, the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.

Held over the first 4 days of the School Holidays, the event dates are:
Saturday 27th September - Tuesday 30th October 2025

Each day will be split into 2 Sessions (Morning/ Afternoon) of approximately a 4–5-hour periods.

**ROLES ON OFFER**

A range of duties are available to assist including:
- Admin Assistants/Runners, 
- Athlete Registration & Bib Collection & Gate Entry,  
- Assisting Field Officials,
- Assisting Track Officials,
- Event Presentation & Medals Presentation,
- Results LED Screen, 
 

**SESSION TIMES**

**Saturday 27th September**

- Session 1- 7:30am- 12:00pm 
- Session 2 - 12:00pm- 4:30pm 

**Sunday 28th September**

- Session 3 - 7:30am- 12:00pm 
- Session 4 - 12:30pm- 4:30pm 

**Monday 29th September**

- Session 5 - 7:30am- 12:00pm 
- Session 6 - 12:00pm- 4:30pm  

**Tuesday 30th September**

- Session 7 - 7:30am- 12:00pm 
- Session 8 - 12:00pm- 4:30pm  

Please note- times are flexible and if you cannot commit to a full session, that is okay!
