Registrations will open at 9:00am on 13th October 2025 and close at 12:00pm on 28 October 2025. Late entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on 28 October 2025 and will incur a $10 late fee.

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in the A and B races for the 3000m and 800m only Athletes competing in the A & B race can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists. 

World Athletics Rankings

All other races in this meet will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
