Location: The Crest Athletics Track

Cost: $35 per Championship event, $20 per Supporting event

Eligible Age Groups: OPEN (17s and above)

Permit status:  This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, in the A Race Only. B and subsequent races will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.

Registrations will open at 9:00am on 16 September 2025 and close at 12:00pm on 14 October 2025. Late entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on 14 October 2025 and will incur a $10 late fee.

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in the A Race Only. Athletes competing in the A race can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists. 

World Athletics Rankings

B and subsequent races will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
