EVENT INFORMATION

Date: 27th September - 30th of September 2025

Location: Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre

Cost: $50 per event  | $37.50 per event for members of NSW Athletics

Eligible Age Groups: 12 Years - 19 Years (must be in Secondary School)

Permit status:  This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in events for the 19yrs, 17yrs and 16yrs age groups only. All Other events will be ratified as a state permit.

Entries open 5:00pm 1 August, 2025 and close 12:00pm 12 September, 2025 . Late entries submitted via the online entry portal by 23:59
Sunday 14 September 2025 will be guaranteed entry (but will incur a late entry fee).

The NSW All Schools Championship is the official State Championship for school athletics. As such, the age groups are aligned with the school-based pathway and do not correspond to the 2025/26 NSW Athletics season age groups. To determine the correct age group for this event, please refer to the age grids below.

Please note that NSW Athletics reserves the right to change the timetable & event distances to ensure the safety of athletes/officials, and the overall efficiency of running the event.

SPECTATOR TICKETS

🎫 Accreditation - Athletes and officials can collect accreditation outside the front gate.

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, for the events in the 16 years, 17 years & 19 years age groups only. This includes Track and Field Events. Athletes competing in these age groups can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists.

All Other events will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
