What is Game Plan?

Game Plan is the free online platform developed by the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) that allows clubs of all sizes to get insights into their current capability in key areas of club administration, which then supports ongoing club development with a suite of tools.

Why should we sign up?

As part of the terms and conditions of affiliation, we encourage all clubs to sign up to Game Plan. Nationally all sports are encouraging their clubs to use the platform. Being part of Game Plan also connects your club to a wider network: thousands of clubs (in dozens of sports) across Australia are already using it, helping to strengthen community sport overall and align with national and state level support and investment.

Club leaders can complete quick 5–10 minute assessments to receive a “maturity level” and tailored recommendations. This helps clubs move from ad-hoc operations to structured, sustainable management giving volunteers clarity, easing administrative burden, and helping leaders plan ahead.
