Event Waiver

By submitting your entry, the athlete, under guidance of a parent/guardian, agree's to the following:

I have read and will abide by the competition rules and regulations for the 2025/26 Championship series.
I understand the initial timetable is only a DRAFT and it is my responsibility to check the final timetable on www.nswathletics.org.au
I understand I must report to athlete check-In AT LEAST 60 MINUTES before the first of my events to confirm my entry.
I understand that I am representing my club and must wear the correct club or school uniform.
I will abide by the NSW Athletics code of conduct found within the Athletics NSW Member Protection Policy.
I agree to authorise NSWA to utilise any photographed or videographed images of the athlete for promotional purposes.
I agree I cannot make any changes to entries once entries have closed.
I have read and understood the NSW Athletics Late Entry and Refund Policy.
