Volunteer & Support the Treloar Shield

We’re calling on all spectators and club members to lend a hand with our field events and help keep the Treloar Shield competition running smoothly and on time!

No previous experience is required. Our team will provide guidance and support on the day, so all you need to bring is a willingness to help.

Even just 3 hours of your time can make a huge difference to the athletes, officials and overall running of the competition.

📍 Event Locations

Treloar Shield competitions are held across multiple venues throughout the season, including:

• Blacktown International Sports Park Athletics Centre
• E.S. Marks Athletics Centre

When registering to volunteer, please make sure you select the correct venue you are volunteering at.

Your venue selection will help us ensure you receive the correct event information, roster and on-the-day details.

⭐ Earn Extra Club Points!

There’s an added incentive for club volunteers!

For every club volunteer who completes a 3-hour shift (up to 4 volunteers per round), their club will receive 5 bonus points for every age group in which the club competes that round.

So, the more you help, the more points your club can earn!
