Eligible Age Groups: 12 Years - 19 Years (must be in Secondary School)
Permit status: This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in events for the 19yrs, 17yrs,16yrs, 15yrs and 14yrs age groups only. All Other events will be ratified as a state permit.

Para athletes who require assistance on the Field of Play are encouraged to complete the relevant Para Athlete Assistance Request Form and email it to competitions@nswathletics.org.au prior to the competition. Forms may also be submitted at the Technical Information Centre (TIC) no later than 1 hour prior to the event.
| Age Grid Information |
The NSW All Schools Championship is the official State Championship for school athletics. As such, the age groups are aligned with the school-based pathway and do not correspond to the 2026/27 NSW Athletics season age groups. Further Information will be provided shortly.

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, for the events in the 14 years, 15 years, 16 years, 17 years & 19 years age groups only. This includes Track and Field Events. Athletes competing in these age groups can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Australian Athletics records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists.
All Other events will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
