The Coles Region Championships will take place in eight (8) regions. The Coles Region Championships are a progression from the HART Sport Zone Championships and will be delivered in a relaxed competition environment.

Please note that the list of qualifiers is currently provisional and will continue to be updated as results are confirmed from each Zone Championship. Final and official lists will be published by Monday, 22 December.
How To Enter...
All athletes who have progressed from Zone to Region in the8–15 age groups will automatically be confirmed and are not required to re-enter the Region Championships. However, you may still be required to confirm or pay an entry fee through your club or Centre, depending on local processes.
Athletes in the 16s, 17s, Under 20, and all Para age groups are required to enter the Region Championships directly, even if they competed at the Zone Championships. Entries will open in early December and will close approximately three weeks prior to your Region Championships. Please note there are no progression to state Championships in these age groups. You may enter the Junior Championships directly.
Next Best 8 Consideration - Out of State Meets
Athletes in the 13s-15s can apply to have their performance considered from an event conducted outside of NSW. To be eligible to apply, athletes must meet the following criteria:
- The relevant meet must have occured between 12:00am 1st October 2025 and 11:59pm 15th February 2026.
- The athlete must be registered with a NSW club in the 13s, 14s, or 15s Age groups.
- The relevant meet must have been conducted outside of NSW but within Australia.
- The relevant meet must have been permitted by the relevant state or national body, or by World Athletics.
