World Athletics Championships Guide

Saturday morning the 20th edition of the World Athletics Championships gets underway in Tokyo. With 28 athletes on the team, NSW has contributed the largest contingent.

Here is how to follow the championships:

·       Attached is a competition schedule with NSW athletes noted.

·       There are 9 days of competition, Saturday 13th to Sunday 21st

·       Evening sessions only on Tuesday to Friday, other days morning and evening sessions.

·       Tokyo is one hour behind AEST.

·       Two networks are broadcasting:

o   SBS, via Viceland

o   Channel 9, via 9Now and 9Gem
