Event information
The West Met is a family-friendly cross country series catering for runners of all ages and abilities. Similar in concept to Park Run, the West Met has been running continuously in Sydney since 1955. As well as providing opportunities for runners to challenge themselves across a range of distances, the West Met aims to foster health and fitness, and generate comradery among athletes.
Throughout the season, points are allotted in each race distance across age categories, with trophies awarded at the end of the season based on an individual’s accumulated results.
