FEATURE ATHLETE ANNOUNCEMENTS

USA Track & Field royalty in the form of reigning 100m World Champion and Olympic silver medallist, Fred Kerley (USA), and 2016 Olympic 1500m Champion, Matthew Centrowitz (USA), are confirmed for this year's Sydney Track Classic!

The fastest woman in the southern hemisphere, Zoe Hobbs (NZ) - fresh off another Oceania Women's 100m Record of 11.07 - will take on the fastest women in Australia right now, Naa Anang (QLD), as well as an incredible field including National 100m Champ Ella Connolly (QLD), Hana Basic (VIC), Torrie Lewis (QLD), and many more.

The fastest man in Australia - Rohan Browning (NSW, 10.01 PB)- goes head-to-head with New Zealand National Record-holder Eddie Osei-Nketia (NZ, 10.08 PB) in another Trans-Tasman showdown over the 100m straight at SOPAC.

Tokyo Silver Medallist Nicola Olyslagers (NSW) will look to try and sail over the 2.00m height once again at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre in the Women's High Jump, like she did to create history on this track two years ago.

Jessica Hull (NSW) will take on the best distance runners in the country in the National 3000m, after winning her first World Championships bronze medal as part of the World XC Australian 4x2km mixed relay, and a race for the ages with the newest middle-distance star for Australia, Abbey Caldwell (VIC).

Off the back of her 12.75-second hurdles victory at Maurie Plant Meet - Melbourne, Michelle Jenneke (NSW), and reigning National Silver Medallist, Celeste Mucci (VIC), will go head to head over the 100m hurdles in a top-quality field.
