Due to very high temperatures on Saturday - Athletics NSW Competition Management, in conjunction with the Athletics NSW Weather Policy, had to cancel a number of events.

The 100m, 200m, Sprint Hurdles, Men's Long Jump Over 5.5m, Men's & Women's 3kg Shot Put, and Men's 4kg Shot Put will be run after the track timetable has concluded for Day 2 of the NSW Masters Championships, this Saturday, 8th February.

These events will be run at the following times:

Women's Under 4.5m Long Jump - 2:30pm
Women's 100m - 3:00pm
Men's 100m - 3:20pm
Men's Over 5.5m Long Jump - 3:40pm
Sprint Hurdles (starting at Men's 110mH) - 4:00pm
Men's 3kg + 4kg & Women's 3kg Shot Put - 4:10pm
Women's 200m - 4:30pm
Men's 200m - 4:50pm

Timetable (rescheduled events)

ANY athlete who registered online for the above events does NOT need to re-register for their event - they will simply need to check-in as usual in VIP Room 2 at least one (1) hour prior to their event start time.

ANY athlete who is intending to compete in the above FIELD events MUST bring someone to help assist the running of their field event, as we have minimal officials available to run these events (particularly after a long day of officiating the NSW Masters Championships from earlier that day).


On the day entries will be available for $10 for TRACK events only (100m, 200m, Sprint Hurdles). Any athletes intending to register for a track event on the day may do so at least one (1) hour prior to the start time of their event, according to the final timetable listed above.

This event is the rescheduled Treloar Shield 7 that was cancelled on 4th January due to extreme weather conditions. 

 

Welcome to the information page for the last round of the 2019/2020 Treloar Shield series, the premier multi-week interclub point score competition for this year's Athletics NSW Summer Series. 

This competition is open to athletes of all ages and abilities, and to both Athletics NSW members and non-members.

Competition Status

The Treloar Shield Series has Athletics Australia Permit Status enabling athletes to qualify for National and International competitions and set state and national records.

Eligibility
This event is open to both Members and Non-Members. 

Entry
Online Registration is only for those members with the following Memberships - Open Member, Concession Member and Dual Members.

ANSW Members- $10 online entry
Non ANSW Members- $30 Entry On The Day Entry ONLY 
On the day entry will be available for both members ($20) and non members ($30).
There will be no on the day entries for the Mens 800m.

Entering Seed Marks (TIMES/DISTANCES)
You will be asked to enter your 'Qualification Mark' which is ideally a season best performance for each event which enables us to enter you into the correct division.
Please be sure to enter this in the CORRECT FORMAT as indicated;

Times; M=minute, S=second, TS=Tenth of a second, HS=Hundreth of a second

Distances; M=Meter, CM=centimeter

  • SS.TSHS for a Sprint should look like 11.03
  • MM:SS.TSHS for a long distance event looks like 2:32.45 
  • MM.CMCM for a throw needs to be entered like 12.52
  • M.CMCM for a  Height/ Distance  jumps event should be entered like 1.23

Field- Pole Vault, Long Jump, Shot Put, Hammer Throw
Para- 100, 400 (to be run after Open Able-Bodied races)

Athlete Check In
All athletes will need to report to athlete check-in at least one(1) hour prior to the start of thier event. 

Age Groups
Athletes compete as open athletes and will be placed in events based on ability (track events and jump) and according to weight division in throws events.
