NOTE:

• If you would like to be an Official Representative entries must be in by 11:59pm Sunday 13th July, however Additional Competitors may still enter (as non team point scoring) until 11:59pm Sunday 3rd August 2025.

Eligibility

• Under 11 - athletes must be born in 2015
• Under 12 - athletes must be born in 2014
• Under 13 - athletes must be born in 2013
• Under 14 - athletes must be born in 2012
• Under 15 - athletes must be born in 2011
• Under 16 - athletes must be born in 2010
• Under 17 - athletes must be born in 2009
• Under 18 - athletes must be born in 2008
• Under 20 - athletes must be born in 2006, 2007, 2008 or 2009
• Open  - athletes must be born no later than 2009 
• Para - age groups will be Under 13 (born 2013 / 2014 / 2015), Under 15 (born 2010 / 2011), Under 17 (born 2008 / 2009), Under 20 (born 2005 / 2006 / 2007) and Opens (must be born no later than 2005) .
• Masters  - athletes must be 30 years plus as at the first day competition (23 August 2025).

Note: 

• Masters entries must go through the Australian Masters Athletics.
• UniSport entries can be entered through NSW Athletics or via your University.

Refunds

Refunds for this event will follow the points below. 

• On or before 31 July - AA entry fee and levy both refunded in full
• On or before 3rd August - AA entry fee refunded in full and the levy refunded minus administration fee of 25%
• On or before 19th August - AA entry fee cannot be refunded regardless of circumstance. Levy can be refunded minus an administration fee of 25%
• From 20th August - No refund regardless of circumstance.
