PREVIEW: 23rd NSW Cross Country Relay Championships

The Illawong Club will host Athletics NSW’s 23rd running of the NSW Cross Country Championships, first conducted in 1991 at Nowra. In the popular teams event, four athletes combine to run over distances 2km, 3km or 4km, depending on the age division which range between under-12 and 65+ masters.
