The Sydney Nitro Schools Challenge is here and you are invited!

Based on the international success of Nitro Athletics, the 2018 Sydney Nitro Schools Challenge kicks off here at Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre - the home of athletics in New South Wales - for the first time!

Three age groups will see larger size teams compete in the first Sydney Nitro Schools Challenge with events that will require teams to work together in this unique nationwide competition. Teams will compete across a variety of track and field events.


Please note that there have been a few changes to the Competition Rules to assist schools in entering teams, as well slight alterations/additions to the Javelin/Long Jump/High Jump events.

Please read carefully to understand all the rules associated with each event for your teams.


Date/Time: 4pm-9:30pm (approx), Friday 31st August, 2018

Online Entry: Please click here to enter your school's teams. Online entries will close at 9am, Tuesday 28th August. No late or on the day entries will be accepted.

- Minor change to the scoring tables, where an incorrect example was noted (please note that the differential of points between 1st and 2nd place in each division is 20 points, and then 10 points between each place thereafter. Last place in each division will always be awarded 20 points).
