On the Day Check-in:
All Team Managers must confirm each entry at least 60 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. It is suggested that each team manager, where possible, confirm all entries at the beginning of each day. Check-in will be in VIP Room 2 which can be accessed from the grandstand opposite the canteen.
Athletes’ names and running order do not need to be provided except in the 4 x 1500m and 4 x 1500m walk; to allow lap-scoring sheets to be prepared. The competing order for these events must be provided 60 minutes before the event start time.
Once checked in, the first and last runner must report to the start area (track events) at least 10 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. All other runners are to go directly to their change point. Athletes in field events must report to the field event site at least 20 minutes before to allow for warm ups to be completed.

Regional and NSW Masters Association Teams:
Athletes from non-metropolitan clubs may, with the approval of Athletics NSW, combine with athletes from other clubs in their geographical area to form regional teams. Athletes from clubs in the Greater Western Sydney region may form a Greater Western Sydney regional team in 2014. ANSW have determined that the following clubs are included in the Greater Western Sydney region: Blacktown City Athletics Club, Blue Mountains Athletics Club, Camden Athletics Club, Girraween Athletics Club and Nepean District Athletics Club.
NSW Masters Association (NSWMA) members who are also members of an ANSW athletics club may compete for the NSWMA only with the written consent from the Team Manager of both their first claim club and the NSWMA. Such athletes may only compete for one club for the duration of the NSW Relay Championships. Click here to download the Masters Athlete Release Form.
