About NSW Masters

Masters Athletics is specifically for male and female athletes aged 30 and over, living in New South Wales, Australia, and is run in 5 year age groups (eg 30-34,35-39,40-44). Everyone, from beginner to elite standard is welcome.  Our oldest member is 93 years young!

Our Association was founded in 1971, and is the state body for Australian Masters Athletics (AMA) in NSW, representing fitness, fun and fellowship across a range of athletic activities.

In addition to our Association, NSWMA also has an ANSW Club affiliation. You can join us for full eligibility to enter all ANSW events, like you would any other ANSW Club. A year’s membership runs from 1st Oct to 30th Sep, and costs $40 for association membership.
